Jeremy joined the upstream oil and gas industry in 1985 working for BP Exploration as a Petroleum Engineer in technical and business roles in Aberdeen , Norway and London. In 1991 he joined TOTAL where he has spent the last 26 years in various development and project assignments in Aberdeen, France, Thailand and Norway. This work included the management of the development studies for Total’s deepwater AKPO FPSO and subsea facilities offshore Nigeria as well as the recent Laggan-Tormore West of Shetland long distance subsea tie-back to the Shetland Gas Plant.
Later roles have taken him into the area of Technology Innovation and, after a spell at Total’s Geoscience and Research Centre in Aberdeen, he has recently moved to Norway as the Research & Development Department Manager.
Jeremy is a non-executive director on the board of the Industry Technology Facilitator (ITF) and holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration.
