Stephen Booth

Crondall Energy Subsea


Stephen has 30 years’ experience in pipeline and subsea engineering working with a subsea design company, an EPC installation contractor, an operator and two specialist subsea engineering consultancies.  His technical experience covers the complete oil & gas facilities lifecycle from first concepts to operations and decommissioning.  His main focus is in early (pre-sanction) field development engineering working directly for an operator and as a specialist consultant.

He has been closely involved in the development of new technologies for both oil and gas pipelines and in a radical technology for the maintenance of large wind turbines.

Stephen is a former Joint Managing Director of Andrew Palmer & Associates and MD of Boreas Consultants.  He is currently MD of Crondall Energy Subsea.

Stephen holds a Master’s degree in Offshore Engineering from Cranfield University.
