Applications are open for the 2019 Startup Summit Competition, where the top prize includes a business support package worth over £200,000. The organisers are keen to hear from entrepreneurs based in the UK, who have an early-stage tech startup and who are solving a problem in a new or unique way.
But hurry, the deadline for entries is 30 August.
What is the StartUp Summit Competition?
Each year, FutureX accepts a cohort of rising tech leaders on its Silicon Valley Accelerate programme, where they are given the opportunity to connect with some of the global players in the tech industry and pitch to potential investors.
The Startup Summit Competition offers startups the opportunity to win a funded place on the programme in April 2020, plus a business support package worth over £200,000. The final takes place at Startup Summit in Edinburgh on 30 October, where three finalists will pitch on the main stage to an expert judging panel for a chance to win the top prize.
How to enter
Applicants have to send a six-slide presentation telling the organisers about their business and how they would benefit from a place on the Silicon Valley Accelerate programme. For more details and an application form, click here.
